Outcomes

EMOTE started operations in July 2024 as part of a one year pilot program supported by the City of Everett and the WA Health Care Authority.  We are continually measuring the impacts on the community, including the number of contacts with clients, placement in treatment programs, and cost-effectiveness of the program.  We track living situation, gender, drug usage, and geospatial location of services given.  Some of what we do is illustrated by charts and graphs, while other details are best represented in stories.
