EMOTE is committed to serving anyone in Everett who is struggling with addiction or homelessness. We cannot be successful without a wide range of relationships with other agencies providing similar or complementary services.  With the goal to help clients where they are and with what they want, we are always open to partnerships with other communities and agencies in Western Washington.  While we currently only operate in Everett, we realize that municipal boundaries do not change many of the challenges facing addiction and homelessness, and sometimes the best fit for treatment lies in the next town over.  We can get there!

Services are currently available from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours. If you need a peer,  please call 425-405-0209, and leave a message if we are with a client and do not answer immediately.  We will do our best to meet you wherever you are and as soon as possible, but will make sure to call you back to get more details.
