EMOTE

The Emergency Mobile Opioid Team in Everett (EMOTE) is a peer-centered street medicine team that facilitates addiction and mental health treatment for Everett residents who are struggling with housing or have other barriers to receiving the care they want.  Our core team consists of peers and a substance use disorder professional (SUDP), who are supported by prescribers available at one of our clinic sites as well as by immediate or scheduled telehealth appointments.  The team operates out of a 4 seater van and can provide on-the-spot social services, initiate treatment with CONQUER Clinics or connect with detox or residential treatment options.

EMOTE's goal is to offer humane and compassionate care for conditions that are historically difficult to access, especially when someone is unhoused or in another unstable living situation.  Our staff has lived experience with addiction, homelessness, and incarceration and are active members of recovery communities in and around Everett, WA.
