Prepare with a place where it is quiet and with limited distraction. Preferably with an open window where you can feel the winds and prepare headphones.
Begin with regular, plane meditation for a minute; make sure you close your eyes, breathe correctly and if this is the first time you meditate, try to clear your brain and not think about anything or think back about your day.
When the plane meditation is done, put on your headphone, and begin the video. This is not a regular meditation; it is also a part of reflection, so make sure you are ready for that.
