After using OpenCV, and PyGame, Marcus was successfully able to complete his program in controlling a DJI Tello from his computer, with minimal lag. This feature allows for pilots to view photos from the tello on a larger screen, and control it in an easy manner.
Currently, Marcus is working on integrating OpenCV, an open-source computer vision library for python, into his program. With this, Marcus will be able to create a surveillance program to identify people and take a picture of them if they are in the drones pre-programmed route. Later on, this technology could be used to replace stationary systems, such as CCTV Cameras.
