Jessica Diaz, LMFT, is a seasoned Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years of experience in mental health and family services. She holds a Master’s in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Bachelor’s in Child Development and Family Relations with a minor in Psychology. Jessica’s extensive background blends clinical expertise with a deep understanding of family dynamics, child development, and relational systems.
Throughout her career, Jessica has worked across diverse clinical settings, providing individual, couples, and family therapy to clients of all ages. Her leadership is rooted in evidence-based practice, trauma-informed care, and a strengths-based approach that honors each individual’s story and growth potential. As a Clinical Supervisor, she offers thoughtful guidance, reflective supervision, and professional development to clinicians, fostering a supportive environment that promotes both clinical excellence and compassionate care.
In addition to her clinical oversight, Jessica supervises Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS), ensuring that community support workers and programs are effectively integrated with clinical treatment plans and aligned with best practices for recovery, resiliency, and independent functioning in the community.
Jessica is known for her ability to build strong therapeutic alliances, her commitment to ethical practice, and her dedication to creating programs that enhance outcomes for clients and teams alike. She is passionate about mentorship, ongoing learning, and advocating for accessible, high-quality mental health services.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica loves spending time with her family and enjoys the outdoors, peaceful sceneries, gardening, and cooking. These personal passions enrich her perspective and contribute to her holistic approach to wellness and work–life balance.

Autumn Aragon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Concentration in Addiction Counseling, a BA in Religious Studies, and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work. Autumn has experience in addiction counseling, case management, and leadership roles supporting underserved populations. Using a person-centered, trauma informed approach, she strives to create a supportive and empowering space to facilitate vulnerability, reflection, and growth. Autumn finds purpose in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma survivors, and those impacted by substance use, using harm reductive models. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading, thrifting, and spending time with loved ones.

Chris received his Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of New Mexico. He also received a certificate in Ecotherapy from Terra Soma Ecopsychology Training Institute, in California. Before becoming a therapist, Chris worked as a case manager with individuals reentering society from incarceration. Chris has a passion for working with underserved communities, and supporting individuals in major life transitions. Chris’s approach to counseling is deeply rooted in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, DBT, and Mindfulness-Based Somatic Emotional Processing. Additionally, Chris offers walk-and-talk Ecotherapy sessions on local hiking trails. Chris believes that all people have the strength and resilience of the Earth within them, and views the therapy process as one of discovering, or rediscovering, this inner strength, resilience, and capacity for wellbeing. When not working Chris can usually be found running, hiking, or skiing in the mountains, meditating, or playing drums.

Bruce Kane is a counselor whose own path informs his deep empathy and respect for those he serves. Growing up in Boston and serving seven and a half years as an 11B Infantryman in the U.S. Army, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, he gained a firsthand understanding of resilience and the weight of trauma. The loss of brothers-in-arms to suicide ignited his commitment to helping others navigate life's toughest obstacles before they feel there is no way out. Bruce channeled this commitment into his education, earning a Bachelor's in Psychology from Western Kentucky University and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, enhanced by a certificate in Addictions Education. He believes that with the right support, anyone can sculpt a better life for themselves and their family. When not counseling, Bruce recharges by fishing, exploring local coffee shops, and faithfully watching the Patriots with his wife and their dogs.

Christine John is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations across various settings, including schools, hospitals, and private practice. Christine is certified in play therapy, sand tray therapy, and nature-based therapies, and she blends these approaches with mindfulness-based therapies, CBT, and psychotherapy to offer a comprehensive, client-centered approach to treatment. Currently, Christine is furthering her expertise by studying trauma treatment modalities, deepening her commitment to providing holistic care. As a board certified social work and counselor supervisor, Christine is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals. Christine is a native of Albuquerque and holds a masters degree in social work from New Mexico Highlands University. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors and relaxing with her dogs.

Sardonyx Whalen was raised in Albuquerque, NM. They received their Master of Social Work from Western New Mexico University and are a Licensed Master Social Worker who joined Complete Behavioral Health in 2024. Before graduating school, they volunteered at Agora Crisis Center and earned two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of New Mexico in Music and Applied Math & Statistics. They have experience supporting children, families, couples, and individuals in healing from trauma, fostering positive self-image, connecting with their loved ones, and building their resiliency. They draw from client-centered, relational, and psychodynamic theories, ensuring each person feels seen and heard in a safe, supportive environment. They are trained in EMDR and blend attachment, gestalt, somatic, object relations, and behavioral theories to support clients’ growth. Sardonyx enjoys spending their free time with family, friends, and cats, playing chess and Dungeons & Dragons, singing, practicing improv, and staying physically active.

Jannette Moore was raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Northern Virginia. As the spouse of an active-duty Air Force service member, she has had the opportunity to live in diverse locations including Texas, Japan, and Phoenix. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fort Hays State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University in Silver City, New Mexico. Jannette chose a career in mental health out of a deep commitment to supporting and giving back to her Latinx community. She practices from a person-centered approach, grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for self-discovery and personal growth. She has experience working with both older adults and children and values the unique perspectives and needs of each age group. In her free time, Jannette enjoys reading, running, and spending quality time with her family playing board games.

Quinn Mulhern graduated from Silberman School of Social Work in New York City in May of 2021. After moving back to New Mexico, Quinn joined the Albuquerque Community Safety Department (ACS). Here he worked as a Behavioral Health Responder, where his job was to respond in-person to 911 calls to provide behavioral health support, crisis management, and care-coordination for people in need. Quinn has extensive experience helping people through some of the most difficult moments in their lives, using empathy, honesty, and understanding. Using concepts from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches, Quinn aims to create a therapeutic environment that is both comfortable and challenging—one that blends practical skill-building with in-depth analysis of personal history, childhood trauma, and unconscious patterns. As a martial arts instructor for over 20 years, Quinn has observed the incredible human potential for change and transformation. As a social worker, he believes that all people, no matter who they are or what they have gone through, can find the strength, compassion, and wisdom to heal themselves. In his free time, Quinn can be found in a park, mountain, or river enjoying life with his 5-year-old son. Quinn enjoys history, philosophy, writing, politics, video games, jiu jitsu, and lounging with his two cats, Hippo and Strawberry.
