Clinical

Responsibilities: 

• Support Program Director and Chief Clinical Director (CCD) in offering a full range of

behavioral health supports in the Albuquerque Area including youth, family, and school-based counseling. 

• Be present on the school campus during school hours and after-school programs.

• Be present for all summer programs.

• Ensures that all clinical & programmatic documentation is following NVW standards:

Completes all clinical notes and treatment plans within 24 hours of appointment.

Qualifications: 

• Must be a licensed MSW, LISW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPCC in New Mexico.

• 2 years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in youth programming.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in social work.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and Masterly.

Schedule: 

• School hours

• Monday to Friday

Comprehensive Community Support Worker

Responsibilities: 

Under supervision, a CSW provides school-based Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) for children or adolescents experiencing Serious Emotional/Neurobiological/Behavioral Disorders and their families. The job description of a CSW can be categorized into the following general areas:

• Provide direct support and assistance to the Individuals for which you are responsible

• Complete required documentation in a timely and efficient manner

• Complete required administrative responsibilities

• Create and support connections to school and the community within the domains of the program

• Assist in translation for therapy sessions to include family sessions

Qualifications: 

• • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Patience, tolerance, and kindness with a genuine desire to make a difference in a child's life.

  • 3 years of experience working with youth

  • Ability and desire to work with troubled youth

  • Ability to pass State mandated CCSS Training

  • Criminal Background Check Clearance

  • Ownership of and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Valid Driver’s License

Schedule:

• School hours

• Monday to Friday

• CSWs have a minimum requirement for client contact hours + hands-on labor hours
