Community Support Workers:

Eric Solis grew up in Taos, New Mexico. Eric is a community support worker and has been working in the behavioral health field for a year. He has been with the company since January 2023. Eric is studying human services and plans on studying further in the behavioral health field. Eric loves to work with kids and wants to support the LatinX community by giving back to those in need. Eric likes to play basketball with friends and also enjoys playing with his dog Rylah. Eric identifies as Mexican-American and is proud of their cultural heritage.

Francisca Lopez is from Albuquerque New Mexico and has lived here all her life. She is currently a CSW at Complete Behavioral Health. Her background is in Transportation with the elderly in a healthcare setting. Her passion is in helping others, especially children. She has always had a desire since a young age to do so. She hopes to work on supporting clients and staff in the future here at Complete Behavioral Health. She is currently attending school to obtain a degree in Psychology. In her spare time, she likes to read, watch sports, and travel. 

Yajaira Castro was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. From a young age, she developed a deep passion for working with children, particularly those facing challenges. This interest led her to pursue a career in supporting preschoolers with challenging behaviors, where she spent 8 considerable years developing skills and strategies to assist in their growth and development. Motivated by a passion for learning, Yajaira continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and refine approaches to meet the unique needs of the children and families she serves. Outside of work, Yajaira enjoys spending time in nature, whether on walks or simply appreciating the outdoors, coloring and watching favorite TV shows. Above all, Yajaira cherishes time spent with family and loved ones, recognizing the importance of close relationships in balancing both personal and professional life.

Anahi was raised in Taos, NM. She graduated from Taos High School in 2022, and is now living in Albuquerque, NM. She is currently studying at New Mexico State University for her Bachelors in Social Work and is on track to graduate with her Masters in Social Work in 2027. Anahi began working at Complete Behavioral Health in 2024 as a Front Desk Receptionist/Community Support Worker. Anahi has experience of providing CCSS services at Taos Behavioral Health and has been a dance coach in which she has worked closely in serving the youth in her hometown. She is very empathic and has a passion for supporting children, youth, and families of her community to better their physical, social, and emotional well-being. She has a strong desire to bring awareness and support for behavioral health and help her community by giving back and advocating for others. Anahi enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as dancing, making memories, and playing with her dog Bruno.

Angel Martinez was raised Massachusetts. Angel then moved to Albuquerque in the summer of 2021 and is currently working as a community support worker here at Complete Behavioral Health. Angel has his bachelor's degree in Sociology from Worcester State University along with a minor in Criminal Justice and Spanish. He has been working in the mental health field for 7 years and also coaches middle/high school baseball here in New Mexico. For fun, Angel likes working out, playing or watching sports, watching anime, and playing video games. 

Angel Polanco was raised in Taos, New Mexico, and is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work at New Mexico State University. He graduated from Central New Mexico Community College in 2024 with an associate degree in Human Services. As a proud Mexican-American, Angel is passionate about helping others and hopes to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, staying active through sports and workouts, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Donavan Archuleta was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but he also lived in Loveland Colorado for a year. He loved it there, specifically being outdoors. He moved back to Albuquerque in 2020 and then went to Cibola High school graduating in 2024 earning his Diploma. Now Donavan is a Community Support Worker here at Complete Behavioral Health. He has always been a family person and loves being around and bonding with kids and dogs. For fun he loves working out and playing sports his favorite sport is football, he also enjoys playing video games with his friends and family.

Daisy Bustillos grew up in the beautiful town of Taos, New Mexico. She began her journey in the behavioral health field in November 2020, working with Taos Behavioral Health in the Middle School and High School division. In 2023, she expanded her work to the Elementary division. Daisy has a heart for supporting children and helping families build strong, healthy relationships. She enjoys going to church, spending time with her loved ones, and creating special memories. Daisy is dedicated to continuing her education and looks forward to finding new ways to serve and support her community.

Kelly Tonrey was raised in Taos, New Mexico and has lived in Albuquerque since August 2023. She is currently working on a bachelor’s degree in population health with a minor in Maternal Child Health. She loves working with kids and has previously worked as a swim and soccer coach. She currently works as a Pediatric Home Health Aid as well. On her free time, she loves to run, play soccer, and be outdoors. 

Lauren is a CSW in Albuquerque, NM. Lauren started with the agency in April 2022. Lauren has a passion for working with emotionally impaired young adults in low-income LatinX communities with a high need for mental health awareness. Lauren’s childhood has inspired and motivated her to change the stereotype of mental health in young teens. Lauren was born and raised in Taos, NM, where she continues to enjoy spending time with family and friends outside of work.

Santiago was raised in Taos, NM. He graduated from Taos High School in May 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic and is currently living in Albuquerque working as a Community Support Worker for Christine Duncan Heritage Academy. He began working at Complete Behavioral Health in November 2021 and is currently working with elementary & middle school clients. Santiago enjoys his spare time reading, painting, and spending time with his loved ones. Santiago understands the importance of social and emotional health and looks forward to making a positive impact on his client's lives and the community of New Mexico.

Mariana was raised in a small town called Pecos New Mexico. Mariana is one of the sojourners in NM Youth Peer Support and was one of the first to attend NM's  Youth Peer Support Trainings hosted by Youth Era. Mariana is a ruthlessly devoted individual who is tireless in the pursuit of creating positive systems of change within her community. Her passion lies in empowering young people to achieve their full potential and preparing them for future success. She is committed to fostering growth, confidence, and real-world readiness in each Youth she meets. Marianas hobbies consist of running out doors and staying physically healthy. She also has a passion for the out doors, mountain, plants, and the water.
