AmeriCorps Member Assistance Program (MAP) Benefit

IAMNCC VISTA Community Corps members have access to 24/7 counseling and support services through America's Service Commissions.

To use this service, members call 1-800-451-1834 and state they are a member of Iowa and Minnesota Campus Compact (this includes anyone located in Minnesota).

Services include:

• Unlimited in the moment telephonic counseling services with master’s degree-level counselors

• Three (3) face-to-face counseling sessions with master's-level degree counselors

• Mobile application providing resources and appointment scheduling access; and

• Text/Chat Counseling & Coaching

• Video Counseling & Coaching

• Personal Concierge for Everyday Needs
