Precision measurement systems are critical for accurately tracking position, navigation, and timing. These data are used in global positioning systems, precision timestamping of financial transactions between banks, inter- satellite communications, internet transmission, autonomous vehicles, and mapping and remote sensing of our lands and oceans. Currently, these systems are bulky and delicate, and many require stable links to satellites for timing, limiting their practical deployment in remote areas.
