What should I do if I see a problem in the Centre?

The Centre is as much a community as it is an organisation. Our aim is to provide an environment that enables everyone to do their best work and where everyone is valued and has the right to be heard.


You can use this form to let us know anything you like. Anything submitted here will be viewable only by the Centre Director, Chief Operating Officer and Centre Coordinator. Anything reported here will be respectfully considered and acted on according to relevant policies and procedures.  


COMBS is also committed to a workplace where our members feel respected, supported, and empowered. The COMBS Code of Conduct represents our shared commitment to these values.
 

If you see or hear anything that is not consistent with the Code you can: 

1️⃣Communicate it to your supervising Chief Investigator or line manager,

2️⃣Raise it directly with the Centre Director, Chief Operating Officer and/or Centre Coordinator, or

3️⃣Let us know using this form which can be submitted anonymously if you prefer.
