It’s the final day of Digital Citizenship Week, and today’s theme is healthy habits.
Just like exercising or eating well, managing your technology use takes balance. Constant notifications, late-night scrolling, or comparing yourself to others online can take a toll on your mental health. Try setting boundaries: silence notifications, take screen-free breaks, or leave your phone outside your room at night. Healthy digital habits help you feel more focused, rested, and confident — both online and offline. You have the power to make a positive impact by building healthy tech habits that work for you.
