It’s Friday, and today’s Digital Citizenship Week tip is about healthy habits! Technology is fun, but too much can make us feel tired or even cranky.
Here are three healthy habits:
Take breaks from your screen.
Play and move your body. Exercise is great for your mind and body!
Turn off tech before bed so you can sleep well.
