The free version has a fair amount of flexibility in terms of design. Choose to create a presentation, a poster, an infographic, and more. The free version seems to have a fair selection of templates, stock music, images, etc. It's possible to add video and sound/narration to the presentations, as well as to create a presentation from scratch (without using a template).
