If you'd like to request specific books, you can go directly to the Library Catalog to search by title, author, subject, and more. Check out the video tutorial to learn how to search the Library Catalog, then check out the remote checkout tutorial video to see how to place holds right in the catalog.
You can use the book request form to request specific titles or books by specific authors. You can also use the book request form to request a surprise selection of books chosen just for you by Ms. Binder or Ms. Barnes! View the video to learn more.
Once your requests are processed (within 24 hours or less), you will receive an email that your books are ready to be picked up. For hybrid learners, your books will be held on our pickup cart in the hallway outside the library, for three days. For remote learners, your books will be placed in the cabinet on the sidewalk outside the main doors to the building.
Return bins are located outside the library doors in both hallways, as well as on the sidewalk just outside the main doors to the building. Please place returned library materials in one of those bins. All returned items will be quarantined for one week prior to being checked in and returned to the shelves.
If you wish to renew a library item, simply send an email to Ms. Binder we will renew your books and get back to you with the new due date(s).
This year you'll be allowed to visit the library by appointment only. If you would like to browse the shelves or speak with Ms. Binder or Ms. Barnes in person about book suggestions or research help, simply use the button below to set up an in-person library time.
You may also send an email to Ms. Binder if you'd like to set up a virtual library consultation via Google Meets.
