Welcome! I'm Carol Anderson, the Instructional Coach and Director of Curriculum & Instruction at Cogito Academy. My role is to support our teachers through coaching, professional learning, and curriculum planning so they can provide engaging, high-quality instruction for every student. I also oversee our academic programs, including CKLA, Eureka Math², and Core Virtues, to ensure a consistent and rigorous learning experience across our school.

In addition, I serve as our MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Coordinator, helping teachers identify and provide the academic and behavioral supports students need to be successful. I also coordinate services for our Multilingual Learners (MLs), working to ensure they receive the support and resources they need to thrive both academically and linguistically.

While I may not be your child's classroom teacher, I work closely with every teacher and grade level to help create the best possible learning experience for all of our students. I believe that strong partnerships between home and school make a tremendous difference, and I look forward to working together to help your child learn, grow, and succeed.
