Feedback Google Form:
You will design a Google Form that asks 4 to 6 specific questions regarding your website. The purpose of these questions is to garner feedback, so if you were to create another website, complete a different research project, or even make revisions to this one, you would have some direction.
Make sure your questions can not be answered by just yes or no.
Frame questions in a way that the feedback will be meaningful.
Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner to Add as Collaborators all of the AP Literature teachers.
Under Settings:
Collect the person’s email.
Responses: unclick Restrict to users in Coal City CUSD #1 and its trusted organizations
Invitation to View
You will select 3 adults (over the age of 18, not in Coal City High School) to invite to visit your website. This website is the pinnacle of your English career at Coal City High School and it is your chance to invite your guests to celebrate with you. One of those invitations should go to a former teacher to show them how much you have grown since their class. Other possibilities include parents, grandparents, bosses, coaches, neighbors, etc.
Explain to the invitee:
The purpose of the Website and what they can expect to see
Why you have chose them to be one of your “special 3”
Ask if they would be willing to complete your feedback form.
Take the time to present yourself in a professional and appreciative manner. You will be leaving a lasting impression and this type of correspondence is a valuable skill that will be used frequently in your life outside of school. Please copy your 2nd semester AP Lit teacher on the messages you send to your invitees.
