You have studied your author’s life, the works of your author, and what others have studied or said about your author’s works, it is time to dive into the mind of your author. You will write as if you are the writer themself. To do this, you must reflect first on what makes your author’s writing unique, distinctive. Then you will attempt to replicate this style in a short piece of at least 350 words. It can be a short story, a poem, an excerpt of what would be a novel, etc. Have fun and let your imagination and creativity take over!
