Be sure you access your RCCD Office 365 mail (instructor will email you here), Canvas (hub for your courses), MyPortal (unofficial transcripts)
You can find all of these under QUICKLINKS at the top banner of Norco College's website.

If this is your first Dual Enrollment course and you don't know your RCCD email, you can find it in your DualEnroll account.
Go to Profile -- Student Number -- copy the RCCD email
3. Go to Norco College's website -- Quicklinks -- Office 365 Mail
If you've never logged in before, you'll have a window pop up to Sign In to Microsoft. Make sure you add your RCCD account! You can't be in your CNUSD account to access Dual Enrollment accounts.
Paste your RCCD email, click Next
Your default password is:
First letter of first name (capitalized) + first letter of last name (lowercase) + the month, day, and year of your birthdate (MMDDYY)
For Example: Jane Doe who was born on July 4th, 2011 will have the default password: Jd070411

4. This will open up Microsoft Copilot
5. In the left menu, click on Apps -- Outlook
This is where your online course will be housed. Be sure to log in before the first day of class!

4. Once you've logged onto Canvas, you'll see the Dashboard landing page. Your registered courses will appear here closer to the term's start date.

Assignments, Discussions, and Quizzes: Homework, projects, quizzes, discussions, and other assignments are found here.
Grades: Find your current grade for specific assignments and overall grade in course.
Modules: Most instructors break down the course by topics or chapters. Check this tab to keep up to date with the various sections.
This is where you can find your posted grades and unofficial transcript. It is also an alternate way to access Canvas and Microsoft 365 Mail. For official transcripts to send to your university during senior year, request them HERE.

4. Once in MyPortal, expand the tabs in the left menu to find what you need.
