In the ‘Crime Scene to Courtroom’ unit you will develop the skills necessary to analyse evidence, review cases and evaluate whether a verdict of the court is safe and just. The final unit allows you to consider how society controls crime by looking at themes such as punishment, social controls on crime/criminals and evaluating how successful society is in dealing with crime.
