Quorum was achieved.
Call to order: Courtney Ody called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
Minutes from the meeting on 1/28/2026 were presented for approval. Kira Michaw moved to approve and Erin McGaughnea seconded. The minutes were approved.
Vice President’s Report: Erin gave a recap of Bingo night. Lots of success. Pairing with the Bookfair was a good decision. Profited $144. Hope to do it again paired with the Bookfair next year. Looking at other options for covering cards (markers/pens). Many thanks for the gift baskets.
Treasurer’s Report: Karlee Miller reported that the PTA has a current balance in its bank account of $2697.18. $144 came in from bingo. (about 200 revenue, 50 in expenses)
President’s Report: Courtney Ody talked about the process of coming up with the carnival.
She noted that we had 3 food trucks planned, and people agreed that a “coffee” truck would be fine even in the evening. The $3/person $10/family fee covers everything other than the food trucks once you get inside. Cornhole and “big” connect four will be around. There will be a DJ.
Food trucks arriving as early as 6, event ends at 7:30.
Noble Ephraim mentioned that he does DJ work, and is free that evening.
A link for signup genius was sent out to get volunteers to help with setup, managing the activities, and cleanup.
Courtney also talked about the roles each board member has with the PTA. Elections will be in May. Erin is term limited in the VP role.

The next meeting will be April 28 at 6:00 PM in-person in the gym.
