*ATTENTION SENIORS*
You are approaching your last days of being a student at West Charlotte High School and you should be extremely proud of yourself for reaching this milestone! Before your time as a Lion comes to an end, we want to be sure your accomplishments can be recognized and celebrated. Please fill out the Senior College Acceptance and Scholarship Form (to the right). Your school counselors, administration and I will be using this form to keep track of all your accomplishments and to properly celebrate your hard work at the end of the year. If you are awaiting acceptance letters, email confirmations, award letters, etc, feel free to submit updated responses to this form or fill this form out more than once!
