COME TO THE MEDIA CENTER ANY DAY SCHOOL IS OPEN FOR SUPPORT.

  • Anything included to the right under Help Desk Ticket.

  • Damaged device (Broken Screen, Missing Keys, Power Cord broken, etc.)*

  • Chromebook not charging

  • Chromebook not turning on

  • Display not working

  • Keyboard not working*

  • Lost/stolen device and/or power cord*

  • Returning device (moving to a school outside of CMS)

* May incur a cost due to student damage.
