Help Desk Ticket

(SOFTWARE ISSUES)

  • Password Reset

    • NCEdCloud (any of your teachers can reset)

    • Google (any staff member can reset)

  • Unable to access NCEdCloud or any of the applications inside of NCEdCloud

  • PowerSchool Error Message (see with registrar in Student Services to make sure that PowerSchool has been enable on your account)

Click the Help Desk Ticket button to submit a Help Desk ticket. After submitting your ticket you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. Please submit 1 ticket per issue you are having. When contacting the help desk please reference your ticket number. DO NOT submit multiple tickets for the same issue.
