Professional learning is an integral part of keeping your skills current as a North Carolina licensed educator. Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools offers a variety of courses via the professional learning management system MyTalent. MyTalent contains hundreds of courses that may be suited to your professional needs.

In the event that you attend professional learning activities outside of Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, you may be able to be awarded professional learning credit. This informational site is designed to assist you with creating credit requests for out-of-district training. It is hoped that you will have a better understanding of how to effectively submit requests for credit after reviewing this informational site. 

Remember, you never have to submit a request for credit for courses you attend within Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Course credit is issued by the course instructor for all in-district courses via MyTalent.
