Students who apply to any NC public or private college or university through CFNC.org can also send their transcripts at no cost through CFNC.org. If the college or university requires a secondary school report/counselor form, you must use Naviance to request your transcript. Seniors - first two transcript are free, each additional transcript is $5.00 each. The first three scholarship transcripts are free, each additional transcript is $5.00. We can only guarantee student deadline requests if transcript requests are submitted at least ten business days prior to the date needed. Please remember that when you are on school break, we are often on school break as well. All transcript requests not using CFNC, should be requested through Naviance.
For college deadlines of December 15th, December 31st, January 1st, January 15th, please submit your transcript request by December 4th, 2022.
Graduates- Alumni can now request transcripts via CFNC.org if they are applying to a North Carolina College/University. They will need their Student ID from when they attended Providence High School. Students may also request transcripts online at https://cmsnc.scriborder.com/. If you graduated in 2013 or later, you may order your transcript online, or you can order them in person at PHS or by mailing your request to PHS Guidance, 1800 Pineville Matthews Road, Charlotte, NC 28270. Please be sure to include your full name, birthday, phone number and where you would like your transcript to be sent. Transcripts ordered from PHS are $5.00 each and payable by check or money order only.
