If you are applying for admission to one of the 110 colleges in North Carolina, you must login to your College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC ) account and send your transcript for free. This is the same account that you used to complete your NC Residency Determination. For any North Carolina college that requires that you mail your application and supporting document, you must use CFNC to submit your transcript.

- Transcript requests are to be submitted at least ten (10) school days prior to the deadline.
- Allow at least ten (10) school days--days school is in session--for the transcript requests that you submit via the transcript request form to be processed.
- Remember to request that your transcript be submitted to a college/university to which you are applying, add the request to your school in Naviance.
- If your transcript needs to be mailed to a college per the Naviance delivery type, complete the Transcript Request Form by clicking the link here or above.
- Remember to use your CFNC account to submit your transcript to colleges in North Carolina whose delivery type is “Mail.”
