Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). By completing the FAFSA, students will have access to a vast amount of financial aid to pay for college. For students who plan to attend college in the 2022-2023 school year, the FAFSA will be available to complete beginning October 1, 2021. For additional information about FAFSA or to complete your FAFSA, when it becomes available visit www.fafsa.gov or click here.

Residency Determination Service (RDS): Regardless of the college/university a student plans to attend, all students seeking in-state tuition, state grants, and certain types of financial aid, must show that they are residents of North Carolina.
