NACAC National College Fair

The National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC) will hold its annual college fair on Saturday, March 23, from 12 p.m.- 3 p.m. at the Charlotte Convention Center.  Although this FREE event may appear to be geared towards high school students, it can also provide a great opportunity for middle school students to begin thinking of their future as well. 


During the college fair,  students will have a chance to attend informative breakout sessions, speak with hundreds of college and university representatives from across the country, get answers about the college application process, financial aid, and so much more.   Students can even register and get connected with colleges and universities that best match their interests!

NWSA Spr. College & Career Fair

NWSA Student Services Department are currently looking for presenters to participate in our spring College and Career Day which will be held March 5-6, 2024.  Both traditional and nontraditional career options are welcome.  Scheduled classes will rotate between different booths and interact with participating presenters between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  If you are interested, please use the following link below to register. Ball State University: Interior Design

St. Jude Leadership

St. Jude Leadership Society is a program for high school students looking to strengthen their leadership skills while giving back to the community through St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This exclusive opportunity focuses on seven leadership traits inspired by the founder of St. Jude, Danny Thomas. St. Jude Leadership Society members and mentors will meet monthly as a cohort to learn directly from corporate and community leaders in Charlotte.

No Fee November Starts TODAY 

Georgia Southern University is offering No Fee November until November 30 as part of Georgia Apply to College Month!

During November, students can apply to our 80+ undergraduate degree programs without the $30 application fee. Students can submit their applications for free at GeorgiaSouthern.edu/apply.

Remember, first-year students applying to Georgia Southern University can be admitted without an ACT or SAT score if they have at least a 3.2 unweighted GPA (using the 17 Required High School Curriculum courses). 


Students must meet all other admission requirements, including satisfactory completion of the Required High School Curriculum and providing all other requested documentation.

The Wake Forest Summer Immersion Program 

Through meaningful experiences, robust academics, and an inclusive campus culture, high school students are able to spend one week living on campus, discovering their passions, and clarifying their future pathways. 

The Summer Immersion Program is hosted on campus at Wake Forest University and offers one-week institutes (Sunday - Friday) during the months of June and July. A full list of institute dates and details will be announced soon. Please visit our website to learn about past institutes, ranging in topics related to STEM, business, and the social sciences.
