• Please read the course syllabus and add all dates to your calendar ASAP.

• Complete the Syllabus Acknowledgement Google Form with your parent. This is due no later than Friday, September 5th at 11:59 pm. You must take a picture and upload it in Canvas to receive credit!

• Complete the Syllabus Quiz in Canvas by logging into your NCEdCloud account.  The quiz is due NO LATER than Friday, September 5th at 11:59 pm.

• Complete the online Student Information Google Form with your parent. This is due no later than Friday, September 5th at 11:59 pm. You must take a picture and upload it in Canvas to receive credit!

• Complete the online Music Department T-Shirt Order Google Form with your parent. This is due no later than Friday, September 5th at 11:59 on to be counted. You must take a picture and upload it in Canvas to receive credit!

• Complete the Piano To-Do List Google Form with your parent. This is due no later than Friday, September 5th. You must take a picture and upload it in Canvas to receive credit!

• Log into Cut Time (app.gocuttime.com/login) and update your personal information. Make sure to add adult contacts. Include your t-shirt size. Students must use a personal email, NOT a CMS email, to receive communication through Charms. You must take a screenshot and upload it in Canvas to receive credit!

• OPTIONAL: Pay the $10 piano booster membership fee. Click here to fill out required form and pay with credit card. 

• $75 Piano Fee must be paid with credit card through Cut Time no later than Friday, September 26th!
