All students in Grade 13 will be enrolled in a Middle College Seminar course during the fall semester (this is a state requirement). The course is entirely online on Google Classrooms. There are no required meeting times beyond the Grade 13 class meeting during the first week of school (you'll receive information about this over the summer), but workshops will be offered throughout the semester where you can have the option of coming in to work on the course. The course is graded as pass/fail. The workload is much less than a typical LMCHS course.
If you do not need to take 4 classes each semester to complete your associate's degree, you can take less during Grade 13. You are required to take at least 2 courses a semester during Grade 13, as long as you stay on track to complete your degree.
All high school graduation requirements must be met by the end of Grade 12. You are allowed to take additional high school classes during Grade 13 if you want. To do this, please fill out the registration form in the Grade 12 section.
