CPCC offers over 300 degree, diploma, and certificate programs. Middle College students must take courses from within their degree program. All LMCHS students are enrolled in the Associate in Arts degree, but are allowed to change programs. To change your program of study, please fill out this form (use catalog year 2020).

CPCC offers three degrees for students planning to transfer to a four year university:
The Associate in Arts degree is designed for students who want to pursue a four-year degree in one of the liberal arts disciplines or training at a professional school that requires a strong liberal arts background.
The Associate in Science degree is designed for students who want to pursue a four-year degree in areas of study such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, the sciences or professional programs that require strong mathematics and science backgrounds.
The Associate in Engineering degree is designed for students who want to pursue a Bachelor in Science in Engineering. Please note that many of the courses required for this degree are only offered at CPCC's Central Campus.
Students must earn a grade of "C" or higher in order for a course to transfer.
The checklists below show the courses required for each transfer degree. You can view a course description in CPCC's catalog. Note that not all courses listed are offered at the Levine campus or at CPCC.
Associate in Arts
Associate in Science- Bio/Life Sciences
Associate in Science- Computer Science
Associate in Engineering
Associate in Applied Science degrees are meant to prepare students to enter the workforce rather than to transfer. Be aware that there is no guarantee the courses in these degrees will transfer (in fact, many of them will not). Several of these degree programs, including all Health Sciences programs, Cosmetology, American Sign Language Interpreter, and others, have prerequisites and/or a separate application process students must complete before they can enroll in the programs. All programs offered at CPCC can be viewed here. Middle College students are not permitted to participate in some programs, including nursing and paralegal technology.
More information about degree programs and course transferability can be found on Ms. Van Lauwe's website.
