Road to Hire

In the U.S., 33 percent of recent high school graduates are either unemployed or unable to find full-time jobs. Road to Hire believes motivated young adults in North and South Carolina should have an equal opportunity to develop professional skills and move up the economic ladder, even if they cannot afford a four-year college degree.

Their goal is to help break the economic mobility barriers in the greater Charlotte area. Their Sales and Tech Tracks provide resources for motivated young adults to grow personally and professionally in a highly supportive environment. Each program consists of in-class and on-the-job, paid training, as well as professional development seminars for 30 to 40 hours per week.
