About Ms. Baxter

I graduated from York College in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and minors in French and Finance.  I went on to continue my education at North Carolina State University where I received a Master’s in Education for Business and Marketing. 

I started my teaching career in Fayetteville, NC.  I worked at Jack Britt High School for 2 years before moving to the Charlotte area.  I have called Hopewell my home since August 2004.
