Withdrawing from CMS

Students who move over the summer and will attend a school outside of CMS  in the 2021-22 school year must be withdrawn from school by a parent or legal guardian.

 A student will be withdrawn from the school that they would attend for the 2021-22 school year. Students in 8th grade in 2020-21 will withdraw from their assigned CMS high school. Students who were in 5th grade in 2020-21 will be withdrawn from their middle school. Current 6th and 7th graders will withdraw from JMR. 

Please complete the top section of this withdrawal form and scan and send to Emma1.Dodd@cms.k12.nc.us

Students withdrawing from CMS must return their Chromebook and chargers to Jay M. Robinson Middle School. Please check the website for school office hours to return your technology.
