Guest Information

Ceremony Information for Guests

• Tickets are NOT required.  Graduates may bring as many guests as they like.

• Parking is free.

• Guests will be admitted into the arena one hour before the ceremony begins

• All guests must adhere to the new bag policy at Bojangles as this will be strictly enforced. See photo below.

• Balloons, flowers, and gifts are not permitted inside the arena.

• All guests will go through a security check.

• No guests are permitted backstage or on the arena floor with the graduates.

• Guests are not permitted to "save seats" for other guests.

• Sign language interpreters are provided upon request.  If you would like an ASL interpreter, please email Emily Williams at emily.williams@cms.k12.nc.us. 

• Guests should remain in their seats throughout the ceremony.  You will not be permitted to move to the railing to take photos.  A professional photographer will take a photo of each graduate.

Note

We have one hour to give diplomas to approximately 400 graduates.  Graduate names are read quickly.  As you celebrate your graduate, please remember that the next graduate's family wants to hear their name called.
