The survey content will ask students to self reflect on their own social emotional learning skills, like self-management and self-efficacy.

Dear Students,
We want to hear how you're doing. Our school is dedicated to helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond, and is participating in a program to better understand how students are using these skills.
To better support you, our school would like to ask you some questions about your feelings and experiences at the beginning of the school year. Only your teachers and school leaders will be able to see your responses, which will not affect your class grades. Please respond honestly—there are no right or wrong answers! You may use a computer, tablet, or smartphone to access the survey.

Click the green button next to your name to complete the first survey. After you’ve answered all questions, press submit.
Complete the second survey about your school and press submit when you are finished.
When you see the “Thank You” screen, you’re done!
