Greetings, I am  Joanerry Mitchell. This is my twenty-fourth year as a School Counselor.  Twenty-two of those years have been spent at Bradley Middle School.   I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC.  I attended UNC- Greensboro and UNC-Charlotte.   I received my BA in Human Services/Child and Family Development and my Advanced MS in School, Agency and Community Counseling. Prior to working in the school setting I worked in an agency where I was a Parent Counselor.  I am the mother of one son.   I love working with middle school children and I am very excited about starting this school year. Hello, I am Kathy Corbett. This year I am new to the role of Dean of students and culture. I am excited to help students throughout the building bridge gaps and gain momentum in their education. I previously was a school counselor, with 5 years at Bradley and 10 years in total. Prior to counseling, I taught Special Education for three years. I attended Texas A&M University where I received  Masters in Counseling with a focus in both school counseling and mental health counseling.  I am excited to be a part of the Maverick family and look forward to supporting students in my new role.
