Parking applications will be reviewed as they are completed. Applications are reviewed for accuracy and that they meet eligibility requirements to include minimum of 2.0 GPA (3.0 GPA for sophomores) and no unpaid East Meck/CMS financial obligations.
We also check for accuracy of uploaded information.
After you apply, wait for an email that will give you the status of your application (if it's approved or denied). An email will be sent to you within 72hrs on the status of your application! Once approved, you may come to campus to pay the $25.00 parking pass fee and collect your pass from Room 639 during A-day lunches.
New Transfers to East Meck for 2024-2025 School Year – new students can submit their application online upon enrollment (must have a CMS student ID number). You will need to contact Mrs. Alexa Richards (alexap.richards@cms.k12.nc.us) prior to submission to confirm if spots are available.
Replacement Passes – students must submit a new “replacement pass application” and pay $10 fee to obtain a new permit if they have lost their initial pass. You must obtain a replacement permit prior to parking in the student lot or you will be fined/booted. See Mrs. Richards for this application.
Temporary Passes – you must already have an approved parking permit before you can obtain a temporary pass for another vehicle due to maintenance (maximum 5 school days).
