Support from Clinical Educators

Throughout the school year, clinical educators play a vital role in guiding and supporting residents as they grow into confident, effective teachers. They provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentorship, both in and out of the classroom, to help residents strengthen their instructional practice, reflect on their teaching, and meet program milestones. Clinical educators also serve as liaisons between residents, mentors, and program coordinators, ensuring clear communication and consistent support every step of the way.
