Great activities for activating the brain. These can be used on their own or as a brain break.
Just try this. You will keep trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but you can't.
Without anyone watching you and while sitting in a chair, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
Now while making the circles with your right foot, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction.
