Head of School

• Initiate school closure in consultation with CRT and Board of Directors

• Provide timeline for Distance Learning Plan implementation

Academic Leadership Team

• Create and distribute the CMS Distance Learning Plan (DLP)

• Establish clear channels of communications among faculty, staff, families, and students in the event of this DLP being activated

• Support the community in the shift to distance learning

• Help teachers implement a high-quality distance learning experience for all students

• Provide models of exemplary distance learning units and lessons

• Recommend new methods for providing feedback to and differentiating instructions for students
