Technical Poster Presentation Competition

The  Prolab club, department of mechanical engineering had organized a

technical poster making and presentation competition" on 30th of September at ME201

for first years students of CMRIT. The students were asked to participate individually or

in group of maximum three members. There were total 15 participants. They were given

choice to select any  topic of their choice from field of mechanical engineering. The

competition started off at 1pm till 3pm. The evaluation was done in various criteria by

Prof. Manikandan and Prof. Cyril. The student coordinator was Mr. Shashwat and

faculty coordinator Mr. Akhil C from Mechanical Department. The first prize was bagged

by Ms. Muskan, Mr. Sahil and Mr. Shashwat who presented " 4 stroke Ic Engine" and

were awarded a cash prize of Rs 1000. The second prize was bagged by Mr. Shreyas

and Ms. Pooja who presented " Multi point fuel injection engines" and were awarded a

cash prize of Rs. 500. The participants found the event to be really helpful for their

overall development and to understand the chosen topic in depth.
