CALL FOR PAPERS

Theme:

The submission may be on any contemporary issue related to Gender based Approach and equality including but not limiting to vulnerability of particular gender or perspective or discrimination. As Gender Justice is a new and emerging inter-disciplinary field that is concerned with, inter-alia:

· the study of the causative structural factors and the subjective motives of the actors giving rise to disputes;

· the study of the formal and informal institutions dedicated to the development and demand for gender justice; and

· the study of the laws and regulations to uplift the society and establish a Gender Equality.

The work may be submitted under the following categories. The authors are expected to strictly adhere to the prescribed word limits.

Long Articles:

Comprehensive articles reflecting well-reasoned opinion of the author/s on legal issues of contemporary relevance - 5000 – 8000 words.

Short Articles:

Short articles on specific issues concerning law and allied areas 2400 - 3200 words.

Case notes/Comments:

Comments on recent landmark judgments - 1500 – 3000 words.

Book Reviews:

Comprehensive review of recent books on law and allied areas - 1500 - 3000 words.
