Usage Reports It is a good a idea to pull usage reports for any digital products you purchase for your school.

Gale Databases

Contact the Tennessee Electronic Library to find out how to set up a location ID for your school. You can contact the TEL Administrator (615) 532-4627. This will enable you to pull usage reports from the TEL Gale databases. The statistics from the Gale databases that the district purchases will be included in the report.

1. Go to http://support.gale.com

2. Sign in using your tel_k_????

3. Click on the Gale Admin tab

4. Sign in (You may have to call Gale Support to set up the username and password)

5. Click on View/Edit

6. On the left-hand column, scroll down to Reports

7. Click on View Usage Reports

8. Select Usage by Database

9. Select your date range and run report.
