Scholarship Portfolio

This portfolio will give you access to the Feeder School PTC scholarships and the CNEC Counseling Center Scholarship.  Information provided will assist in matching you to scholarships and is kept confidential. 

This form and requested documents must be returned to Ms. Nurcanyan  in the Counseling Center by December 12, 2025.

The following must accompany this portfolio  (Please do not staple) :

* two letters of recommendation - letters should be from a teacher, counselor or administrator, an employer, member of the clergy, or other adult (not related to you) who has some in-depth knowledge regarding your skills and achievements.

* a resume

* a paragraph describing your experiences at the school you attended (see below) If you did not attend one of these schools, you may omit this portion of the portfolio.
