Sometimes we can have trouble staying active. There are lots of different ways to be physically active in life. Sports are a great way to be active while still having fun. Some children sports that you may be interested in are:

  • Soccer
  • Gymnastics
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Hockey
  • Swimming

Household chores can also be helpful in being physically active. Some affectionate chores can be:

  • Shoveling snow
  • Cleaning the house
  • Washing your car
  • Shopping
  • Taking stairs
