Permission Form
Clinton Public Schools uses the online registration system FamilyID to collect student information, let parents/guardians digitally sign permission forms and agreements, and allow families to purchase damage protection for district-assigned Chromebooks.
Only one FamilyID account is required per family. If you already have an account from a previous school year (Chromebooks and/or Athletics registration), click the link to the right and sign in. There are links to reset email address and retrieve forgotten passwords. If you are new to FamilyID, follow the link and click Create Account in the upper right corner.
Students will not be issued Chromebooks until Permission & Agreement Forms Have Been Signed Through FamilyID
To Create a New Account:
Choose Create Account
Enter your First and Last Name
Enter and confirm email address
Create a password
Agree to Terms of Service
Once all information is submitted you will receive an email to confirm your account has been created.
