Chromebooks at Clinton Public Schools

The focus of our Chromebook program is to:

  • provide tools to embed technology into each student’s individual learning experience
  • assist them in acquiring technological and critical thinking skills,
  • develop a sense of personal and social responsibility that will enable them to successfully compete in the classroom, as well as our growing, fast paced, and rapidly changing global community.​

Chromebooks are provided to each student grades 2-12 for the school year. Students in grades 7-12 will be allowed to take their Chromebooks home each day. Chromebooks and tablets are available to students in our Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st Grade classrooms to provide for any learning needs.

As part of our schools reopening plan for the 2020-21 school year, students in grades PK-6 will be provided the opportunity to take a Chrome device home to assist with remote learning. Families will be provided more information once school begins.

Electronically sign permission forms, agree to acceptable use policies, and purchase damage protection using the online registration system FamilyID.
