VinSolutions Dashboard
In the Upper Right Corner of the VinSolutions Dashboard you will find the name of the Store
On the Left Side of the Dashboard you will find the Intenet Response Time chart. The lighted portion "No attemped Contact" will show new leads that have recieved no contact attempt.
To the Left of the Internet Response Time Chart you will find "Key Performace Indicators" here you will find the 'Unanswered Communication' These are customer responses and need to be answered immediate. Remember to check these frequently.
After completing new leads and unanswered communications you want to move into your assigned leads. You do this by Clicking "leads"
Then Changing the "User Type" to BD Agent
Begin at the Top of your Status (Lead Buckets) that work your way down per the priority bucket protocol.
This is a lead profile. As you can see; the Customers name and contact information is in the upper left corner. In The GREEN you will find any outstanding action needed for this customer. The PINK shows the lead source for this customer. The ORANGE shows the communication methods and status for which the customer has been placed. The BLUE shows the customer appointment information.
